Meet Our Administration Team
Bethanie Primeaux
Principal
I have 22 years of experience in education, including six years in school administration. I bring a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and passion to my new role as Principal of Kissam Intermediate School. I have served in multiple leadership capacities—most recently as an Assistant Principal at Tyler Legacy High School—where I excelled in campus operations, teacher development, and student success initiatives. My career also includes serving as a Master Teacher and Assessment Coordinator, and I have a strong foundation in instructional leadership and curriculum development. I hold a Master’s in Educational Leadership from Texas State University, where my research focused on equity in advanced placement education. I am a dedicated servant-leader and I believe that education is a calling. I approach each day as a new opportunity to lead with purpose.
